Tiny Taste Explorers includes 5 hours of on-demand classes with 2 monthly live interactive workshops and Q&A sessions. In this interactive session, we will cover everything you need to know about starting solids for infants, including:
* When to Start: Understanding the signs of readiness and the ideal age to introduce solids.
* Nutritional Needs: Learning about essential nutrients and balanced diets for infants.
* Choosing First Foods: Guidance on selecting appropriate first foods and introducing variety.
* Feeding Techniques: Practical tips on feeding techniques, including spoon-feeding and baby-led weaning.
* Allergies and Safety: Identifying potential allergens and ensuring a safe feeding environment.
* Troubleshooting: Addressing common concerns such as gagging, choking, and feeding refusal.

This series is designed for parents with infants approaching the age for solid food introduction and is led by Alicia C. Simpson MS, RD, IBCLC, LD. The sessions are accessible from anywhere via Zoom, with a cost of $50 per month (HSA/FSA accepted).
